5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship only to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories. We also do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Our daily cut-off time is 2:00 PM ET. Delivery within the contiguous 48 United States usually takes 3–5 business days after processing. Total estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days. Carrier transit time is an estimate, not a guarantee. Weather, peak season, or other unforeseen events may affect delivery.
Shipping is free for eligible orders within the contiguous 48 United States, with no minimum order amount.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is free. We do not charge a restocking fee or replacement fee. We do not offer exchanges; if you want a different item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
After we receive a returned item, we inspect and process the refund within 1–2 business days if the return meets the policy conditions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. It may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your payment method after processing.
