We want you to feel confident when shopping with Hobonichitechos. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns work, what condition items must be in, who pays for return shipping, and how long refunds take.

1. 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of delivery. We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This is usually the fastest way to receive the item you want.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused.
• In its original packaging.
• Free from damage caused by the customer.
• Returned with any included accessories, manuals, or parts.

If the return is due to a quality issue or a defective item, please contact us first so we can confirm the problem and provide the correct return instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free for eligible returns. We do not charge a restocking fee, and we do not charge a replacement fee.

• Remorse returns: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, return shipping is still free under this policy. The item must meet the return conditions above.
• Defective or quality issue returns: If the item is defective or has a quality problem, return shipping is free, and we will cover the return cost. Please contact us before sending the item back so we can confirm the issue and provide the correct return label or instructions.

4. How to Start a Return

To start a return:

1. Email us at info@hobonichitechos.my within 30 calendar days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
3. If the return is due to a defect or quality issue, attach a photo or short description so we can review it.
4. We will reply with return instructions and, when available, a prepaid return label.
5. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
6. Ship the item to the return address provided in our instructions.

Please do not send returns without contacting us first, because we need to match your return to your order.

5. Refund Timing

Once we receive your returned item, we inspect it within 1–2 business days. If the return meets the conditions above, we process the refund within that same 1–2 business day window.

After we process the refund, it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear back on your original payment method. This time is controlled by your bank or payment provider, not by Hobonichitechos.

6. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not issue cash refunds or refunds to a different payment method.

7. Items Not Eligible for Return

Items may not be eligible for return if they are:

• Used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts.
• Returned after the 30-calendar-day return window.
• Not accompanied by sufficient order information.

If an item is not eligible, we will contact you with the reason.

8. No Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This keeps the process clear and helps you receive the new item faster.
